  • Renewal Open in March 20th!!

Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.

In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.

  • Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

  • The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.

February 5, 2018

It was a traditional Setsubun day on Feb. 3rd, which made me decide to make an “Ehomaki (Sushi roll traditionally eaten at Setsubun night, believed it bringing good luck)” with residents at Firsthouse Mizonokuchi+a. Taking a lecture from a resident who used to be working in a sushi-restaurant…

we got started with cooking vinegar-seasoning rice.

Looked like everyone was interested in the very first experience.

簀巻きでまきまき・・・

Rolling by a bamboo-made tool…

上手くできているかドキドキの瞬間!

It is a moment everyone was nervous, wondering if we did it or no.

We did it ★ What a beautyyyyyyy!!!!!

Now what we need is turning to the right direction (traditionally, facing silently toward the year’s lucky direction), wishing your dream, and eating and eating silently.

It was kind of weird and fun everyone followed the tradition and kept eating sushi silently… lol

In the middle, some couldn’t resist the silence, so they started laughing or gesturing like, “Give me water, I am full, or is it OK to speak something???”. Struggling with these, we ate them up!!

Do you wonder what I wished?? Good luck to the residents at Firsthouse Mizonokuchi this year, too!!

January 24, 2018

On January 22nd, it snowed heavily all over Kanto-Area (including Tokyo, Yokohama).

On an unusual day like this, public transportation doesn’t work as scheduled, so residents came back home earlier than usual and many of them were cooking a one-pot meal against the coldness.

Looks like the very first snow this year and coming back home early made them happy and the living room was merry, although it was on Monday.

A resident cooking at the kitchen spoke to me with excitement, asking, “Did you look at the entrance!??”

I thought something terrible happened, approaching the entrance of the building…

There is a guy like this (*´ω`*).

Seems like three or four of the residents made him. Almost came off, but there were eyebrows made by seaweed. lol

Actually, it is bigger than you can see in this photo. A lonely-looking face seems to tell us something.

At my own judgement, I designated him as an official mascot for Firsthouse Mizonokuchi+a (Winter season only).

January 13, 2018

Look at this starry sky!! (i-phone camera makes this blurry, though)

In winter, the air is so clear we can see beautiful stars, but it’s cold outside, actually freezing-cold these days.

On the day like this, one of our residents bought a planetarium online and kindly played it in our living room, First house Mizonokuchi+a (with healing background music).

Everyone got excited, looking at the stars reflected on the ceiling!!

So beautiful that I can keep watching them forever… actually making me sleepy…lol

Seems like the resident bought it as a tool for a sound sleep. Actually some of the residents seemed to fall into a sleep. lol

Absolutely, it was a good, gorgeous night…★☆★

January 7, 2018

Happy new year everyone!

We started to operate from January 4th. And we’ve been busy to reply to the inquiries and to go check our sharehouses.

●January to March is the busiest season throughout the year

Generally speaking, January to March is the busiest season. Many people in Japan start a new life from April and prepare for new job and new school. According to it, they start to look for a new place to live and they move to another place actually.

Therefore, they compete to take a room. In January, not only sharehouse companies but also other real estate agency has some vacant rooms (will be vacant rooms as well).

If you find a property which you are interested in, you should inquiry as soon as possible, and check the availability, the atmosphere, and so on.

In March, it is possible to see unsold rooms if I express in a bad sense. Of course, unsold rooms are not always bad according to the proverb “there is a fortune to surplus”. But  you should act quicker to see many kinds of rooms.

●We Interwhao have sharehouses & apartment not only in Kanagawa but also Tokyo, Chiba, & Saitama prefecture

Our office is in Yokohama city, so our sharehouses and apartments locate mainly in Yokohama and Kawasaki city.

As you may know, almost all properties are good access to the cities of Tokyo.

To live in Tokyo tells us to pay more expensive rent. If you are worried about it, you should check our sharehouses in Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama prefecture which are easy access to main parts of Tokyo such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Tokyo, and Ueno.

●But I would rather live in Tokyo!!

Generally speaking, living in sharehouse enable us to move in with cheaper initial costs than living in normal apartments (there is no deposit, guarantor, key money, or other fees in most of sharehouse companies). Also, most sharehouses provide furniture and consumer electronics in the house. So the total fee is much cheaper to live in sharehouses.

Depending on room sizes and the distance from the station, the rent varies. But the average rent of our properties in Tokyo is 60,000~70,000 yen including utilities fee.

Currently, the sharehouses below are recommended.

Firsthouse Oomori

Only 7 min walk to Oomori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line, Oota-Ward, Tokyo.

A train goes to Shinagawa, Shinbashi, Tokyo, Yokohama, and Kawasaki without changing a train.

Rooms and common spaces have been renovated  last December.

8㎡: 60,000 yen/ 10 ㎡:64,500 yen.

There are supermarket, drug store, and discount store within 10 min walk from the house. So there is no worry about shopping.

Ma Maison Gakugeidaigaku

Only 7 min walk from Gakugeidaigaku station in Tokyu Toyoko Line, Meguro-Ward, Tokyo. Women only sharehouse.

A train goes to Shibuya and Yokohama directly.

The characteristic of this sharehouse is that there is a small kitchen in each room.

So the residents share only bathroom, shower, and washing machine.

The current vacant rooms are 現在の空室は、

10㎡:67,500 yen/ 12㎡:70,500

Meguro-Ward is one of the richest areas in Tokyo so it would be cheaper to live with this rent.

Also, we offer the special campaign for this sharehouse, “New Year Special Offer for Women Only

So if you think staying longer, you can apply for this campaign.

Firsthouse Tobu Nerima

Only about 5 min walk from Tobu Nerima station in Tobu Tojo Line, Nerima-Ward, Tokyo.

15 min for Ikebukuro station without changing a train.

Also, you can use Tokyo Metro line at “Chikatetsu Akatsuka station” which is about 10 min walk from this sharehouse.

You can go to Shibuya directly as well by this train.

10㎡:46,500 yen

The characteristic of this sharehouse is also that there is a small kitchen in each room.

●Conclusion

Our concept is that “We do what we can do.” We don’t often ask the technicians and the professionals to renovate the house.

By doing so, we can cut the cost and provide a cheaper rent with low price and high quality at the same time.

Some sharehouses have gorgeous installments in the house such as billiard, soundproof room for music, fitness room, and so on but the rent is much higher.

Some people think “I wanna live there because there is …” But later on, “I’ll move out because I can’t pay this rent anymore”

Also, “I started to live here because I wanted to use it. But since everyone uses it, I can’t use it much”

We are making an effort to provide the basic level of lifestyle with reasonable rent, not unsatisfied living environment.

If you start to look for sharehouses, please ask yourself “What do I really need?”

Thank you for reading a whole article!

December 4, 2017

Good evening!

I’ve been busy being close to the end of the year.

For the new year as well as welcome a new house mate, we are preparing many things in many sharehouses!

So I’ll report one of sharehouses under the construction “Firsthouse Oomori” in Tokyo this time.

Rooms are still being under construction but let’s get started with the common spaces we renovated!

Here we go!

This is the wall at the entrance!

The professionals helped me a little but we renovated the wall paper and made Pigeon box by myself.

The signboard with the name of the sharehouse “1sthouse OMORI” has the good balance in color, I think.

(I painted the name as well)

The small bird also welcomes you to this sharehouse (No pet though…)

And also…

To the shower rooms,

I changed to the new floor with antique design and changed the wall paper with light green.

Changing wall paper is too difficult because this was the first time for me.

It was heavy so the wall papers were tore apart…OMG!

Well, the professional is professional. I really respect them.

It was like a puzzle when I was trying to change the wall paper.

But when I came to Firsthouse Oomori the next day, it looks almost fine, which relieved me.

We do what we can do without offering the professionals so that we can reduce the cost, which leads to providing the rooms with the reasonable rent.

One of the interesting things to live in sharehouse is to be able to see the daily changes (not everyday…)

I recommend this sharehouse for those think moving in for next year

because Oomori station is only 7~8 min walk away from the house and you can go to “Tokyo station” “Shinbashi station” & “Yokohama station” “Kawasaki station” without transferring a train, so it is very easy to access to the main business cities from Omori.

You should check this out!

Minami Urawa is in Minami-ward, Saitama Prefecture, Japan.

Minami Urawa station has two trains; JR Keihin Tohoku Line & JR Musashino Line.

JR Keihin Tohoku Line runs to Oomiya direction, stops at Ueno, Akihabara, Ueno, Tokyo, Shinbashi, and other main big cities in Tokyo without transferring a train. In addition, it goes to Yokohama and Kawasaki, main big cities in Kanagawa prefecture. So it is a very very convenient train line.

Minami Urawa is the start station of JR Keihin Tohoku Line, so you can sit on a seat when you go to work and school!

JR Musashino Line runs to Chiba direction. Therefore, you can go to South Kanto area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama) from Minami Urawa station!

Well, this is awesome!! I always wonder where I’m going to.

Both of train lines have a number of trains. (They come every 5 minutes approximately) So I feel fine even when I come back late at night.

“I understand how convenient area to access but how’s this town like?”

There is no big company in Minami Urawa. Basically, this is in a residential area, so this area is calm and relaxing with many parks and full of green.

There are supermarket, convenience store, drug store, fitness gym, dentist clinic, beauty parlor, restaurants, cafes, book stores, 100 yen shops, and more.

There are lots of second school in this area. Children, junior-high-school students, high-school students walk around at night. This proves the safe environment of this area.

So!

We have a sharehouse in Minami Urawa (Main topic) , Firsthouse Minami Urawa!

Firsthouse Minamiurawa is 3 min walk from Minami Urawa station! (How close!)

Since it is close to the station, it is easy for shopping!

There are 55 rooms in this sharehouse made of reinforced concrete.

Currently, the common spaces and rooms have been renovated (under construction)

There are some parts which have been done already.

●Lounge

<Before>

<After>

●Shower

I couldn’t find pictures of the previous form of shower rooms…

<After>

The pictures above is only for men. It became cleaner and brighter!

The pictures below is only for women. Looks like elegant.

●Bathroom

We have managed Firsthouse Minami Urawa for a long time and the building is a little bit old, so there are Japanese style and western style of bathrooms in this house but the demand of young generation has been increasing. So we changed all of them to western style! Men and women are separated.

●Room

Still under construction but it is almost done. All rooms are 9.9㎡ with a private room and key, and there are bed, refrigerator, air conditioner, desk and chair in all rooms.Easy to start your new life!

The pictures after the renovation will be soon updated in the property’s page so you gotta check this out!

Even though “Firsthouse Minami Urawa” is close to the station, the rent is very reasonable.

It is kind for your wallet.

The average rent in Minami Urawa is approximately more than 50,000 yen (500 dollars). (depending on the distance from the station, building age, the size or the structure)

The rent of Firsthouse Minami Urawa is 45,000~48,000 yen. (Less than the average)

Plus, utilities fee (internet, gas, water, electricity ) is 12,000 yen (Fixed cost) so the monthly rent is 57,000~60,000 yen.

Fixed cost is a good thing as the characteristic of sharehouse. If you live in a normal apartment, you have to think about saving money.

Since we upload the pictures of the brand-new renovated sharehouse, we have many inquiries…

Honestly, the number of vacant rooms is decreasing so we may not be able to show you this new sharehouse.

The rooms under construction will be finished at the beginning of October but you can come and view this sharehouse before that.

The inquiries are from Japanese and international people in their 20’s and 30’s, and residents are the almost same generation. So Firsthouse Minami Urawa will be more active and lively.

At the end of October, the house manager plan for Halloween party.

Why don’t you just start your new life @ Firsthouse Minami Urawa??

The house manager also lives in this sharehouse, so you can hang out with him and enjoy this area and this sharehouse!!

We are looking forward to your inquiry!

August 13, 2017

Hello everyone!

It is almost mid-August. Time flies…It’s me, interested in Japanese High-school Baseball Summer Tournament. (It is called Koushien)

Well, Ma Maison Ouji Kamiya (Kita-Ward in Tokyo) has the backyard.

There is a roof over the backyard so you can relax and read a book even under the strong sunshine.

HOWEVER, it sometimes rains and the grass grows faster due to the sunshine.

(The rainy season has been over this year in Japan but still rainy. Why?)

Due to the growth of grass, the chair and table are wasted to be here.

So we take them all!

The weather is cloud, no wind, proper temperature. The best day for mowing!

It is too hard to mow the grass alone because the backyard is a little bit large.

Then, one of the residents came and helped me!

She was mowing even tiny grass. I’d appreciate it!

Rather than a big plant, there were small grasses on the ground, so it took time than I expected but it became much better!

This is what we can do by hand. It looks better to see a little green…

Now we can find dwarfs over there.

It is good to have this kind of backyard while living in Tokyo. There is a relaxing and calm environment in this women only sharehouse “Ma Maison Ouji Kamiya“!

It takes only 16 min to Ikebukuro as well. You can have both relaxing living environment and easy access to central of Tokyo!

August 8, 2017

Good morning everyone!

I worked out along Tama River running between Tokyo and Kanagawa (Kawasaki city)

This was the first time for me running from the house all the way to here. I didn’t have many chances to work out these days. But running along the river was so fresh to me. The temperature was proper for exercise so I felt nice.

This is Tama River. You can see Tokyu Dennentoshi Line and Ooimachi Line over there. If you go across the river, you will be in Setagaya ward, Tokyo.

Tama River Fireworks festival will take place on 19th August this year. You have to compete with somebody to get your place.

Mr. Mori, one of our staff, is appealing his muscle…To be honest, I don’t see it clearly.

I don’t see his muscle clearly again. But he is groovy.

He worked out hard and was tired. He broke down from exhaustion. He is free…

When on weekends, many people do BBQ event, and kids play baseball games.

This huge space that people who love BBQ and running. You should make use of this area!

By the way, some of our sharehouses are very close to Tama River within a distance of walk (and of running).

The nearest sharehouse is “Firsthouse Futako-Tamagawa“, 1~2 min walk to here.

And Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+a (opened in 2016) and Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+b (opened in 2017)

All sharehouses are popular among foreigners because of access to Shibuya and other areas in Tokyo.

Japanese also live in these sharehouses and most of them want to learn English or other languages. And they say they want to meet friendly people!

Let’s run together!!

August 7, 2017

Hello, everyone!

There is a park in front of Fujigaoka station in Tokyu Dennenntoshi Line. It was lighter than usual so I stopped by there before going back to home.

Wow, I didn’t know there was a summer festival here. Since I finished my work, I bought a cup of beer. Cheers!

This is scooping bouncy balls, one of the traditional stand Japanese kids love this.

There were many foods stands so I ate Takoyaki (Octopus ball) with drinking beer, which made me hot, and ate Kakigoori (Shaved ice) which made me cool down after all. Now I’m enjoying summer!

Usually, many families and kids visit and play in this park. It is in front of the station but it is calm and quiet.

Fujigaoka is in a residential area but the park becomes lively when it’s a festival. I knew that Fujigaoka was a good town!

——————————————————————————————————————-

Anyway, our sharehouse “Firsthouse Fujigaoka” is 7 min walk from the station with a calm and relaxing environment.

There are 34 rooms with the residents in their 20’s and 30’s of Japanese and foreigners.

It is 30 min to Shibuya station, and good access to Tokyo area. Of course, you can go to Yokohama easily.

I recommend this sharehouse to those who love a calm environment and international interaction.

Also, there are two sharehouse in Aobadai station and Ichigao station, next to Fujigaoka station, Firsthouse Yokohama Aoba & Firsthouse Ichigao.

So you can compare with these 3 sharehouses.

We hope that people find the best matching sharehouses in our properties.

Thank you for reading!
