Long time no see! I’m Kato, a house manager of Ikebukuro Nishi.

 

It has been hard time under the new coronavirus but how are you doing?

I’ve been avoiding to go to a crowded place and changed clothes to prepare for winter season.

 

Anyway, I’d like to introduce the facilities of this sharehouse and the surroundings!

 

【Cozy Share Ikebukuro Nishi】

The property is very close to the station, taking only 5 min walk. The station is Higashi-Nagasaki station on Seibu Ikebukuro Line, which is only 2 stops from Ikebukuro station! The area is residential.

 

This time, one of our staff will show you the sharehouse!

It has been only 2 years since it opened so so it has a high reputation due to its beautiful interior.＾＾

You can spend a relaxing time with working, eating, and watching a TVin the living room.

Home appliances are arranged in the kitchen so that it is easy to use, and it is IH heater, so it is easy to be cleaned!

The room is just the right size for a private space

 

Next, let’s take a look at the surroundings!

You will not have any trouble in your daily life as you will find all the daily necessities on the way to the station!

The grocery cafe called MiaMia is crowded every day, so I would like to visit it next time.＾＾

 

Then I walked from the property to the Tokiwa So Manga Museum!

I’m very surprised that Mr. Osamu Tezuka, the author of Astro Boy, and Mr. Fujiko F. Fujio, the author of Doraemon, lived in the property (Tokiwa So) before this museum was built! !!

 

The living space at that time with the scent of the Showa era is beautifully reproduced!

 

There was a corner where you can find nostalgic manga, but shooting is not allowed, so if you are interested, please come and visit here! Reservation in advance is required, but admission fee is free ^^

    In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.

Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

    The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.
