★Winter has now come! 

Well well, it’s 2017. A baby who was born becomes 17 year old this year. Can you believe it?

 

….So I’ll introduce the behavior of the residents of Firsthouse Funabashi.

 

★Firsthouse Funabashi

Firsthouse Funabashi is one of the most popular sharehouse in Interwhao in terms of living environment and access to Tokyo. Funabashi is the most popular city in Chiba prefecture. According to the data, the city is what people in Chiba would like to live the most.

 

The living room and kitchen has been renovated last year, so it’s easier and nicer to make use of these parts than before. I also live in this sharehouse as a house manager. I have often seen residents eating and hanging out together in the house recently.

★If you are not going home, just stay over the year at this house!

At Christmas coming night, we have a small party with hand-made cake and a hot pot dish.

I’m a single so I joined them. Thank you for letting me be in.

Wow, ladies got present from Santa Claus!!

Some residents joined later and the event lasted without talking the topic of love.

On a different day, when a Moroccan and 2 Koreans were cooking and drinking, I joined them and was eating and drinking together. I brought an alcohol as a present.

Since he is good at cooking, I assigned him to chef for new year party! Kitchen will be a sacred space for men…

3! 2! 1! Happy New Year!!

Special TV program. I watch it every year. No, I’m a liar.

January 1st is a resident’s birthday so we gave  a cake as a surprise!

After the party, we went to new year’s visit to shrine.

The goal is “Funabashi Dai Jingu”

All Funabashi citizens go there…No, I’m a liar…

Very crowded. Residents from Okinawa and Taiwan complaint because it is so cold.

Everyone got fortune! Pray for this year going well…

After taking a short sleep, we gathered again and ate “Osechi” Japanese traditional meals in Happy New Year.

I live in this house but even when I’m not at home, they do some small parties by themselves. (Ask me…lol)

 

This season, some residents move to next place.

So we are looking for a sharehouse mates!!

    Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.

    In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.

Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

    The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.
