Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area! Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

The biggest advantage is that you can use two stations, Shin-Ekoda Station on the Toei Oedo Line and Ekoda Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line!
Using the Toei Oedo Line, you can go directly to Shinjuku Station in 15 minutes, Roppongi Station in 24 minutes, and Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station, where the Sky Tree is located, in 42 minutes, allowing you to enjoy both your work and private life.

All rooms are furnished with appliances and a loft, so you will be able to make more effective use of your room space than you might imagine.

Open in April, 2017!!  Directly access to Shibuya only for 14 min from Mizonokuchi station where it’s been one of the most attractive towns near Tokyo. There is a pool table in the huge living room + electric auto-locked entrance door. Shower rooms are separated in men and women. We have renovated all rooms to make use of space more efficiently. Interestingly, there are 4 types of rooms, and their floor and wall color are different in each room. Since it is easy access to Tokyo area, most of residents are business men, students, and foreigners who work or go to school. There are always some people in the lounge so you will get to know each other soon!!

At Firsthouse Futako Tamagawa along Tama River, you can see fireworks from the house (depending on rooms) in Summer. There is also a public space for BBQ along the river, so you can enjoy it with other residents.  Futako Tamagawa is one of the most popular towns in Tokyo since there are lots of fashionable stores and many Japanese famous people enjoy here for shopping and restaurants.

If you use Tokyo Metro, it cost less than 300 yen from Baraki Nakayama (the nearest station) to Shibuya stataion!! Also, the rent is very reasonable in spite of the distance between the house and the station. The house is in a quiet residential area, and Edo river is also close. There are some supermarkets and convenience stores around the station, so you can compare the price between stores. Also, there is a new fitness club near the station so you can refresh by sweating!

New opening late June 2019! The interior is completely renovated, and was born in a place where is 5-minute walk from Fujimigaoka station in Keio Inokashira Line! Even though this place is in Tokyo, there is a quiet environment around the station and the sharehouse. You can stop by 24-hour supermarkets and convenience stores very close to the sharehouse! The size of rooms is rich in variation from 4.5 to 8 tatami mats (about 8~14㎡), and the wallpaper and floor materials make it a fashionable property with design! There is no need to worry about security because the entrance is automatic closed. And bathroom and shower room arr divided into men’s and women’s, so it’s easier to use. Also, because there is a playroom and working space, you can naturally interact with other residents!

Ma Maison Nishi Magome is only 4 min walk from Nishi Magome station in Toei Asakusa Line. In addition, it is only 8 min train from Gotanda in JR Yamanote Line, so business women must like this area!! Nishi Magome station is the beginning and the end of the line, so you will be able to sit down on a seat and you will never pass the station.  Washing machine and dryer are set up as common items, and there are AC, bed, refrigerator, TV, and desk in a room. There is also a small kitchen in each room. It is like a business hotel. So you don’t have to worry about other residents!

The nearest station, Nishi-Chofu Station on the Keio Line, is just a 4-minute walk away! The direct connection to Shinjuku and Shibuya is great but also the Keio Line can easily take you to popular areas, Kichijoji and Shimokitazawa. The property has a free bicycle parking lot. Since there are several universities nearby, this property is also recommended for students.

There are convenience stores, fitness gyms, commercial supermarkets, botanical gardens, and parks near the station and around the property, making this an environment where you can relax both physically and mentally.

Toilets and shower rooms are separated to use for men and women, and there is also a powder space for women, making it an easy living environment for women!

First House Fujigaoka is in a quiet residential area. There is a park in the surroundings, and there are many natural calm environments. There are many friendly people, they will regularly hold an event. In the surroundings of the station there are supermarkets, convenience stores, 100 yen shops, drug stores. You do not have to worry about shopping. First house Fujigaoka has lower rent than other sharehouses. It is one of the recommended properties if you live wisely in Japan.

A furnished studio type apartment!! The entrance of this property is electric auto-locked door so the whole building is well secured.   There is an elevator so don’t worry about carrying your luggage. The nearest station, “Kakio” station, is located in a quiet residential area so you will be able to lead a relaxing life. If you use a train, you will get to Shin Yurigaoka station and Shimo Kitazawa station where they are prosperous and popular areas among young people especially.

You can use the “Otsuka station”(10 min walk)  in JR Yamanote Line, and “Shin-Otsuka station” (3 min walk) in Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, so it is much easier to go around Tokyo area! Supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants are close near the station.  All rooms have a kitchen so you just need to share bathroom, shower room, and washing machine. This is a sharehouse but privacy is more emphasized.

Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.

In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.

Haneda Library is close to the house by 2 min walk so you can read a book and relax in holidays.

There is a famous shopping street in Gumyoji where it is lively all time a year. Sakura (cherry blossom) is also famous around this area and some medias come and report Sakura in Spring. There are 2 stations available (Keikyu Line & Yokohama municipal subway) and you can easily commute to Shinagawa area and Yokohama area. The house is quite popular among not only Japanese but also foreigners because not only the distance to Yokohama but also the atmosphere of this town attracts young and old men and women. The temple is also close. So if you would like to feel “Japan”, you must check this area and our sharehouse!

This open-minded sharehouse was created from zero!  Kitchen and living room are in the same space. And once you enter the house, you’ll see the living room where international residents interact with each other almost every day. Because most residents are friendly, we recommend this sharehouse to a beginner to live in a sharehouse. There is a convenience store right next to the house (It’s 0 min!!). Kita-Matsudo station itself is not that big but you will find many ramen shops, convenience stores, supermarkets, and drug stores.
