Area information

  • Supermarket

There are two supermarkets near Kakio station but this "maruetsu" is cheaper, which is about 8 min from the property. You can stock the point and use it to save money!

  • Temple with full of hydrangea

The name of Temple is "Zyoukeiji" which is about 10 min walk from the nearest station, Kakio Station in Odakyu Line.

There are about 1,000 flowers of hydrangea in this temple. If you visit here, you will know some parts of Japanese culture and can feel what Japanese love. It blooms in rainy season in Japan around at June.

Visiting here will be a good opportunity to touch what Japan is like.

  • Jizo in Japanese

    The picture shows "Jizo"
This is Japanese culture. If you visit temple in Japan, you will find many Jizos.
Jizo is originated from Buddhism, and it describes monks seeking Buddhahood. They are not actual monks but they are the objective to pray the beliefs of common people by getting along with common people and guiding them to the right way.

Jizos in this picture are doing arm-wrestling but you will find many funny Jizos in this temple!

The nearest station "Kakio" is small but there are some convenience stores, supermarkets, and drug store, so there is no trouble to buy daily necessities.
To live in ordinary studio type apartments requires key money, deposit, guarantor, and fire insurance and total cost is 2 or 3 times of monthly rent.
But we mainly manage sharehouses so there is no money above. You just need monthly rent, maintenance fee, and handling fee.
Please inquiry us if you are interested in this apartment!
