Ma Maison Gakugei Daigaku is about 7 min walk from Gakugei Daigaku station in Tokyu Toyoko Line where it is only 7 min train from Shibuya station. The area of Gakugei Daigaku is  one of the most popular areas among young girls and famous people because there are lots of fashionable shops around the station.

The nearest station is Higashi-Nagasaki Station. You can arrive at Shinjuku Station in about 10 minutes if you use that station. There is an auto lock system at the entrance, and security is perfect. There is no cumbersome interaction with the receipt of home delivery items because there is a delivery box.

From Nakano station to the property go through the Nakano Broadway shopping street. Daytime is lively, quiet residential area at night. You can live in a shared house where you can also enjoy shopping.

At Firsthouse Futako Tamagawa along Tama River, you can see fireworks from the house (depending on rooms) in Summer. There is also a public space for BBQ along the river, so you can enjoy it with other residents.  Futako Tamagawa is one of the most popular towns in Tokyo since there are lots of fashionable stores and many Japanese famous people enjoy here for shopping and restaurants.

The nearest station, Nishi-Chofu Station on the Keio Line, is just a 4-minute walk away! The direct connection to Shinjuku and Shibuya is great but also the Keio Line can easily take you to popular areas, Kichijoji and Shimokitazawa. The property has a free bicycle parking lot. Since there are several universities nearby, this property is also recommended for students.

There are convenience stores, fitness gyms, commercial supermarkets, botanical gardens, and parks near the station and around the property, making this an environment where you can relax both physically and mentally.

Toilets and shower rooms are separated to use for men and women, and there is also a powder space for women, making it an easy living environment for women!

Ma Maison Nishi Magome is only 4 min walk from Nishi Magome station in Toei Asakusa Line. In addition, it is only 8 min train from Gotanda in JR Yamanote Line, so business women must like this area!! Nishi Magome station is the beginning and the end of the line, so you will be able to sit down on a seat and you will never pass the station.  Washing machine and dryer are set up as common items, and there are AC, bed, refrigerator, TV, and desk in a room. There is also a small kitchen in each room. It is like a business hotel. So you don’t have to worry about other residents!

Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.

In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.

Haneda Library is close to the house by 2 min walk so you can read a book and relax in holidays.

Ma Maison Jiyugaoka is only 5 min walk from the nearest station, 10 min train from Shibuya station. There are sweets buffet, bakery store, and other stores which girls may like in this area. The entrance of this sharehouse is electric auto-locked so it is secured. 24 hours open supermarket is close to the station so you can buy foods and daily products even when you come home late.

This open-minded sharehouse was created from zero!  Kitchen and living room are in the same space. And once you enter the house, you’ll see the living room where international residents interact with each other almost every day. Because most residents are friendly, we recommend this sharehouse to a beginner to live in a sharehouse. There is a convenience store right next to the house (It’s 0 min!!). Kita-Matsudo station itself is not that big but you will find many ramen shops, convenience stores, supermarkets, and drug stores.
