Firsthouse Omori Working lounge Resident interview！
Hello! I’m Kinoshita, the house manager of First House Omori.
A new working room was opened last month in First House Omori for remote work and home work.
Therefore! !! We ask the residents who actually use this working space to cooperate.
I’ve been interviewing. (^ O ^) /
Ms. Priya who came to Japan from India about 2 years ago.
She moved to First House Omori around October last year. Currently involved in the development of camera software.
Due to the influence of Corona, it became difficult to go to work and she is working from home …
It was difficult to work in the room because she was bored and couldn’t concentrate.
(She told me that the work environment is very important for productive work.)
Here is the solution to Priya’s worries! This is a working room that was just completed last month.
Very comfortable and easy to use, I love this space! She told me. ^^
On a separate desk with partitions to protect your privacy
An office chair where you can sit comfortably. The lights of each booth can be turned on and off freely.
Ms. Priya always works in the middle seat.
She using this working room all day long (laughs)
Due to the influence of Corona, remote work and home work have been introduced, and there are many coworking spaces in Tokyo.
The number of shared offices has increased, but it costs 2,000 to 3,000 yen a day, 25,000 yen a month, etc … It costs money. (..
Even if you go to a cafe, the corona virus will be three-csed. .. ..
but! !! If there is a working room in the share house, feel free to go outside
You can use it when you want to use it. Since it is a corona disaster, there are some restrictions on the number of people,
After the convergence, the residents naturally gather to work and drink coffee together like a cafe.
House manager Kinoshita thinks that it would be nice to have a relaxing space. lol

The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.
