～The third report of Firsthouse Minami Urawa’s renovation～
Hello, I’m Kato, a house manager of Firsthouse Minami Urawa.
The temperature has been rising and cherry blossoms are blooming. Spring has come!!
Now is the good season for starting exercise＾＾
Last month, some parts in Firsthouse Minami Urawa was completed renovation.
And thankfully online preview at this sharehouse held the other day was packed and everyone liked the house and it was a great success.
So I would like to share the photos of the online preview with the readers of this article!
Let’s start with outside of the building.
The building is L-shaped and has 3 floors.
From the entrance to living room.
You can relax in the spacious living room as there are sofas and hammocks＾＾
To the laundry space.
In particular, the refurbished washroom is that I wanted to appeal to this time.
There is a counter that can be used for waiting time when using the dryer and remote work as well, so the viewers are interested in this part and said that they would like to use it＾＾
The rooms have also been renovated, and the wallpaper, flooring, furniture, etc. vary depending on the room.
The floor plan is so spacious that you can’t think of it as a 6 tatami mat, and we have secured a storage space!
Until now, the rooms and shared spaces (living room, shower, toilet, etc.) have been renovated, but this time the rooms and washrooms have also been renovated so that you can spend more comfortably than before＾＾
We have received many inquiries as the moving period is still ongoing but there are still a few rooms that we can guide you to, so if you are interested in by reading the article, please come to the house!
