I am studying for becoming a creator of movie or animation in Japan.
Now I’m working hard!!
Come & join Asakusa-Minowa house who likes movie and animation !
Ms. Ann from First house Asakusa-Minowa
Q: Today’s FADs are “What kind of people live in Interwhao’s guest houses?”.
It is difficult question to answer. Because there are nothing on Interwhao’s house that is the same.
It is depend upon the character of the house each.
So we would like to introduce the resident who lives in Asakusa-Minowa house now.
Through this interview, you could feel something about that question. I think.
Could I have interview from you? Ms. Ann ?
Ann: This question makes me a little nervous…
Q: Sorry for disturbing your study.
Is this your work of picture? It’s great!!
Ann: I love drawing and watching.
Q: Maybe, you like Japanese animation, don’t you?
Ann: Yes! Very much!
That’s the reason why I come to Japan.
Q: So you don’t have much time except your working.
Ann: That’s right! So let me do this work now.
(Uncomfortable silence between us)
・・・1 minutes gone・・・
Q: (This silence remind me of my ex-lover…)
Ann: OK! Let’s talk! Now I stop my working! It’s just a joke!
Q: I see you are getting used to life and culture in Japan…
Well, what is the reason why you have started to live in this Asakusa-Minowa guest house?
Ann: I had some recommendations from my school.
In that recommendation, there were lot of information about apartments and guest houses.
In my choice, I strongly prefer Japanese communication to the rent price.
Because I come Japan for learning not only the knowledge but also the culture.
So that I decided to live in guest house for having a communication with Japanese people everyday.
Q: Now what do you think about this house?
Ann: I like it. My room is wide and having a good sunshine.
Q: Is there any demerit ?
Ann: It’s not a big problem but sometimes someone leave their equipments & foods in the kitchen.
I think someone must be busy…but I mind it sometimes.
Q: Please let sub-manager in this house know. They will clean it and put the notice on.
Ann: OK. However, it is a good experience for me. As you know, this is my first time to live alone.
This experience to live someone together will help my next steps. It’s a kind of extra lesson.
In my future, I am planning to work & live with Japanese friends. So this is important to know and feel.
Q: We should share what you feel in the guest house with other residents.
We know how to live with different culture via TV. But, actually, it is not so simple.
I think it is very valuable experience for Japanese residents too.
Perhaps a small thing for Japanese might be a big concern for you in the kitchen.
Ann: TV ? Should I turn it on ?
Q: Sorry…My English would not be enough for …
Q: Well. How about your living in Asakusa-Minowa guest house ?
Everything goes well ?
Ann: Fine! I am living as my likes. I think my character match with the character of this house.
I recommend someone who is looking for new room that it’s depend on your choice.
Everyone is different for each and guest house is different for each.
So just go and take a view and feel it if you get some interesting house.
Ann: Excuse me. I have a appointment with my friends.
Q: Times seems to pass by fast.
Thank you very much for this interview.
Ann: Thank you too. Keep contact with me.
Q: OK. See you next party!!
