  • Renewal Open in March 20th!!

Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.

In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.

  • Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

  • The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.

To share is important in the present society. Let’s enjoy urban life wisely!
  • A person who wants to enjoy an independent life while coming in contact with someone.
  • A person who wants friends actively.
  • A person who has a question of looking for common apartments.

1、I’m enjoying with residents and Interwhao’s staff after starting my life here.  If you inquiry about most of normal properties, you just need to see the property, fill out the documents, and start a dry life after screening. On the other hand, even though our sharehouse is not so new but we care about residents’ life after moving in. We sometimes clean the common space in the house, repairing and painting the house for better condition.
Residents also talk about the happenings today, greetings, and communicating each other…Then cooking together and watching TV together.
If you live in our sharehouse, you will see this interaction with residents each other.
The room after cleaning. Waiting for a next customer…
Our cleaning staff go around the house and do their task regularly.
2、We have sharehouse for both men and women but provide women only sharehouse as well.  Rent of a high-graded property in terms of room size, the distance from a station, and cleanness is very expensive. The condition of finding a room is different from people. But there is a screening, and the initial fee is more than 2000 dollars for these kinds of properties. It is very hard to find and live in Tokyo with keeping your own space and time due to the expensive fees. Originally, you are the main character. If you live in a sharehouse, you can cut the cost and make friends. You can grow your own personality by meeting new people. Your stress will be released when you come back to a sharehouse and talk with sharehouse mates. ※ Tokyo is as strict as Germany in separating garbage into some genres.
For example, people have to follow the rules when they throw away garbage into combustible, incombustible, plastic, and glass bottles. Also, we set the house rules to avoid troubles such as no using washing machine or dryers between 11PM and 7 AM. Residents understand this rule for better life in sharehouse.
We hand in the paper “Guesthouse regulation” when in contracting the lease.
We keep providing sharehouses with reasonable rent.
3、Possible to interact with local people These days, the number of people shouldering portable shrine (Mikoshi) have been decreasing. The local people think that many people shoulder it and support the local town. The picture below is the summer festival held in Minami Urawa, Saitama Prefecture. Some of our foreign residents joined this event and support the local summer festival. This program is what we can do for sharehouse mates. It must be a good opportunity for especially foreign students.
While living in our sharehouse, you can join the local festival.
It is good especially for foreigners who are interested in Japanese culture.
Regular big summer event!
