    Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.

    In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.

    Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

    The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.

１、We cheer your sharing life.  Interwhao distributes our house coordinators to each property, and they help residents interact well with other residents through seasonal events such as BBQ and Christmas Party. Not only we but also every residents enjoy the events and the share culture. The sharing culture is not depending on somebody but enjoy yourself by sharing value, cultures, languages, and even meals by sharing space and time.  If you bring foods and share with other residents, you will be enriched mentally and economically by somebody’s bringing foods and snacks, which will lead to reasonable life.
２、We also have women only sharehouse
Interwhao emphasize on management of sharehouse for 17 years. We don’t emphasize on women only sharehouse but we would like to be kind to women who live alone. So we manage women only sharehouse as well. Ma・Maison Gakugeidaigaku, Jiyuugaoka, Sangenjyaya are all good access to school and work in Tokyo. And Ma・Maison Ouji Kamiya is a relaxing town with the atmosphere of old Japan. Ma・Maison Ueno-Okachimachi is very close to Ueno station and Ueno Zoo. Ma・Maison Minowa is close to Tokyo Sky Tree and you can enjoy the one of the popular touring spot among foreigners, Asakusa. You can feel Edo here.

３、Interwhao’s sharehouse  To achieve the various dreams, many kinds of people gather to our sharehouse. We don’t push but the smiling and greetings are the basic for people.
Also, residents like to brush us themselves. If they brighten themselves, they will influence others in some ways. Interwhao cheers the residents’ share life by influence each other in a good sense.

４、Living in Tokyo is not lonely. Normally, people think that living in Tokyo or Yokohama is lonely. But it is great to study and work for dream. Our house coordinators play a role to navigate your life. For example, if you are looking for a partner with music band, we will introduce a member who live in the same or different sharehouse. You can put the notice by leaving the message or putting the paper on the wall.  Please ask us for more details. Residents are free to participate in the house event.

５、Interwhao is not the real estate agency. We think the residents as family.  We are not a real estate agency but the management of sharehouse company for 17 years. We care about each resident’s life to develop our share life.
We hold several house seasonal parties such as welcome party, BBQ, Halloween, and Christmas Party to help residents know each other.
Since Interwhao is not a real estate agency, so we don’t offer brokerage commissions. Therefore, our concept is to build the relationship between us and residents. Why don’t you have a share life in Interwhao’s sharehouse? You may be able to discover the new thing.
