Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.

Interwhao’s rooms are loved by following people.
  • A person who focuses on developing him/herself in Tokyo
  • A person who sympathizes with a mind to share and without wasting
  • A person who wants to bring international foods to share at a party
You can touch many kinds of culture through international party with international meals!
■We seek the share culture to cut costs and wastes.
1、The lease circumstance in recent Tokyo, Japan.  The net income of Japanese (20’s and 30’s) before the natural disaster in Japan is around 2000 dollars.
The situation of people are different but the key money, deposit, commission fee, fire insurance fee, and etc plus utilities fee are 800 ~ 1000 dollars if you live in apartment in Tokyo.
Also, a high-graded sharehouse (in terms of appearance and facilities) requires about the same cost to move in.  On the other side, after the natural earthquake disaster, more sharehouse companies appear with appealing “Very cheap” and providing a room with 2 bunk beds and no wall.
However, Interwhao won’t provide that type of rooms.

2、Interwhao’s concept since the establishment in 2000  The sharehouse of Interwhao is completely private rooms. We don’t provide dormitory type of rooms with 2 bunk beds.
(However, you can share a room with your friend) The monthly payment of most of sharehouses includes utilities (Internet, gas, water, elextricity: 12,000 yen) . So total payment is around 5 ~ 60,000 yen for most of sharehouses.  Rather than paying the half of income for living expense, it must be better to live in our sharehouse in and near Tokyo area to achieve your goal and dream by cutting the useless fee. Also, it would be happy for us to have you make a nice memory in our sharehouse.
All private rooms. The picture above is from a studio type of apartment but enough size for starting a new life.
3、Interwhao’s sharehouse According to the recent background, the trend is something fast such as fast food and fast fashion with UNIQLO, GAP, and Mac Donald. To enrich your life, the origin of our property name is “Fast house” and now we provide sharehouse and apartment as “First house”.  In short, we think we play roles in influencing the idea of worldwide value based on fashion, food, and living. Interwhao provides not only sharehouse but also a studio type of apartment without paying deposit, commission fee, fire insurance, or so on in Tokyo and near Yokohama and Kawasaki.
