The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on. Without transferring a train, you can go to Yokohama, Shinagawa, Tokyo, and other metropolitan areas♪ Most common spaces and rooms have been renovated recently, so you would have the great life! It’s only 14 min to Shibuya station from Mizonokuchi station!! Compared to other properties in Mizonokuchi area, Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+a is very reasonable and attractive property in terms of cost, size, and facilities! Residents are in their 20’s and 30’s of age and the house is very international and lively. We recommend this sharehouse to the beginner of sharehouse as well.  There must be somebody in the lounge every night, and they may talk to you like “Welcome back!”. You cannot have this experience when you live alone. This sharehouse must be fun and relaxing for you!

95 % of rooms have balcony in each room with good sunshine and good wind which make you feel relax in here. Residents are various; Japanese, Americans, Europeans, and Asians. If you get along with them, you may learn their cultures and languages. If you find a person who is from a same country, you can talk about your problem. Funabashi station, which is the biggest station in Chiba prefecture, is only 5 min walk from the house. So you don’t have to worry about shopping. You may find many kinds of stores here and you will be excited about it!

New opening late June 2019! The interior is completely renovated, and was born in a place where is 5-minute walk from Fujimigaoka station in Keio Inokashira Line! Even though this place is in Tokyo, there is a quiet environment around the station and the sharehouse. You can stop by 24-hour supermarkets and convenience stores very close to the sharehouse! The size of rooms is rich in variation from 4.5 to 8 tatami mats (about 8~14㎡), and the wallpaper and floor materials make it a fashionable property with design! There is no need to worry about security because the entrance is automatic closed. And bathroom and shower room arr divided into men’s and women’s, so it’s easier to use. Also, because there is a playroom and working space, you can naturally interact with other residents!

The nearest station, Nishi-Chofu Station on the Keio Line, is just a 4-minute walk away! The direct connection to Shinjuku and Shibuya is great but also the Keio Line can easily take you to popular areas, Kichijoji and Shimokitazawa. The property has a free bicycle parking lot. Since there are several universities nearby, this property is also recommended for students.

There are convenience stores, fitness gyms, commercial supermarkets, botanical gardens, and parks near the station and around the property, making this an environment where you can relax both physically and mentally.

Toilets and shower rooms are separated to use for men and women, and there is also a powder space for women, making it an easy living environment for women!

Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area! Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

If you use Tokyo Metro, it cost less than 300 yen from Baraki Nakayama (the nearest station) to Shibuya stataion!! Also, the rent is very reasonable in spite of the distance between the house and the station. The house is in a quiet residential area, and Edo river is also close. There are some supermarkets and convenience stores around the station, so you can compare the price between stores. Also, there is a new fitness club near the station so you can refresh by sweating!

Open in April, 2017!!  Directly access to Shibuya only for 14 min from Mizonokuchi station where it’s been one of the most attractive towns near Tokyo. There is a pool table in the huge living room + electric auto-locked entrance door. Shower rooms are separated in men and women. We have renovated all rooms to make use of space more efficiently. Interestingly, there are 4 types of rooms, and their floor and wall color are different in each room. Since it is easy access to Tokyo area, most of residents are business men, students, and foreigners who work or go to school. There are always some people in the lounge so you will get to know each other soon!!

A new house opened April 1st, 2022 in a city full of greenery.
There is a courtyard just ahead of the entrance, and the symbol “tree” of the property welcomes the residents.
In addition to kitchen, living and other shared facilities, there are also a fitness room, working room, lounge, and other shared areas that enrich the lives of residents.

Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.

In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.

Haneda Library is close to the house by 2 min walk so you can read a book and relax in holidays.

First House Fujigaoka is in a quiet residential area. There is a park in the surroundings, and there are many natural calm environments. There are many friendly people, they will regularly hold an event. In the surroundings of the station there are supermarkets, convenience stores, 100 yen shops, drug stores. You do not have to worry about shopping. First house Fujigaoka has lower rent than other sharehouses. It is one of the recommended properties if you live wisely in Japan.
