Kanagawa Newsletter Firework @ Firsthouse Gumyouji (9 min to Yokohama)

On August 2nd, we held the party at the same time of Kanagawa Newsletter Firework event! “Firsthouse Gumyouji” has balcony as a common area, and we can see that firework from there and “Yokohama Landmark Tower”. Isn’t it fantastic??

Even though the party was held on weekdays, most of residents participated in this.

Now is summer so nothing special. We did BBQ!!

I went to buy many foods and drinks but I could not deal with them by myself. So the residents helped me carry things, cut vegetables, and so on.

This is me, the house manager of Firsthouse Gumyouji. I’ll light up the coal to prepare for BBQ! Count on me!

Even this day is weekdays, but three-forth residents and their friends joined this party and saw firework.

Because it was dark and far, the pictures tended to blur. We don’t know how many pictures we took…I guess this one is the best.

After firework, we moved in the house. Last one is watermelon! Again, this is summer!

Most of residents are from foreign countries, and some of them went back to their home and went trip. So unfortunately, all residents could not gather but we will do again next summer!

Residents in Firsthouse Gumyouji are very friendly, so I recommend to those who come and live in Japan for the first time because the residents are used to foreign people.

Firsthouse Gumyouji is 3 min from Gumyouji station in Keikyu Line, 8 min from Gumyouji station in Yokohama Municipal subway.

If you take a Keikyu Line, you can go to Yokohama without transferring in about 10 min, and Shinagawa in 20 min.

There are lots of cherry blossom trees near the river, so you can enjoy cherry blossom in spring. Since too many people come, every street is full of people…

If you are interested in living in near Yokohama or Shinagawa, you must check this house out!

    Renewal Open in March 20th!!

    Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.

    In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.

    Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

    The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.
