Firsthouse Minami Urawa has been walking along with the history of Interwhao.
Thanks to the support of our customers, many residents from Japan and abroad have been using Firsthouse Minami Urawa.
Firsthouse Minami Urawa has such a long history and is currently undergoing various interior renovations.
As one of these renovations, each room is being remodeled one by one.
We would like to introduce some of the rooms that have been renovated.

All rooms are 10㎡ in size and have good sunlight, so you can enjoy a pleasant morning.
All rooms are furnished, but if you want to bring your own furniture, please feel free to ask us.

Clean and open shared space
As a large share house, the common area is also well equipped!
Each shared space is generously sized to accommodate even the most crowded residents!
More...Rather than simply providing housing, we have chosen and selected playful designs and put a lot of effort into building houses with the hope that everyone will find them stimulating and interesting every day. As part of this, we also incorporate puzzle-like designs in our flooring.
Since there are many foreign residents, when the Olympics or international sports competitions are being televised, they often get together and cheer for their own countries, which can be quite exciting! In addition, there is a kitchen right next door, so you can spend a relaxing time watching TV or eating together with other residents.
Other easily soiled water areas have also evolved into spaces that feel clean.
The men’s shower room is wallpapered in a sky pattern to create a sense of cleanliness and openness.
The washrooms on each floor have three sinks and three mirrors, so you can comfortably get ready in the morning and evening!
We have also created a new space where you can work remotely until the laundry and dryer are finished.
There are many other attractions that we cannot explain here, so please visit us in person!

First House Minamiurawa has been stylishly reborn!
All 56 rooms, all10㎡ private rooms, all have great sunlight.
Very close to the station, 350 meters in a straight line and visible from the railroad tracks!
The station is only a 3-minute walk away, so you can easily go to supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes.
The JR Keihin Tohoku Line runs through the building, so you can go from Saitama to Yokohama without changing trains, and the JR Musashino Line goes to Chiba as well, so you can expand your range of activities.
Using the JR Musashino Line, you can even go to Disneyland without transfers!
The property is located at the east exit of Minamiurawa Station, but if you go out the west exit, you will find a bookstore and a shopping building, so you can enjoy a full life at Minamiurawa Station alone.
There are also many department stores and other fashionable stores at Omiya Station, a 10-minute train ride from Minami Urawa Station, where rent is relatively low. And at Koshigaya Lake Town Station, four stops away on the JR Musashino Line, there is a large commercial facility, AEON Lake Town, where you can spend your holidays!
