Go through to Akihabara - share house in Japan, Tokyo. [interwhao]

The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on. Without transferring a train, you can go to Yokohama, Shinagawa, Tokyo, and other metropolitan areas♪ Most common spaces and rooms have been renovated recently, so you would have the great life! Let’s have a fun share-life together!!

95 % of rooms have balcony in each room with good sunshine and good wind which make you feel relax in here. Residents are various; Japanese, Americans, Europeans, and Asians. If you get along with them, you may learn their cultures and languages. If you find a person who is from a same country, you can talk about your problem. Funabashi station, which is the biggest station in Chiba prefecture, is only 5 min walk from the house. So you don’t have to worry about shopping. You may find many kinds of stores here and you will be excited about it!

You can use the “Otsuka station”(10 min walk)  in JR Yamanote Line, and “Shin-Otsuka station” (3 min walk) in Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, so it is much easier to go around Tokyo area! Supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants are close near the station.  All rooms have a kitchen so you just need to share bathroom, shower room, and washing machine. This is a sharehouse but privacy is more emphasized.

If you use Tokyo Metro, it cost less than 300 yen from Baraki Nakayama (the nearest station) to Shibuya stataion!! Also, the rent is very reasonable in spite of the distance between the house and the station. The house is in a quiet residential area, and Edo river is also close. There are some supermarkets and convenience stores around the station, so you can compare the price between stores. Also, there is a new fitness club near the station so you can refresh by sweating!

Ma Maison Ueno Okachimachi is only 2 min walk from Okachimachi station. You can also walk to Ueno station for 10 min!! Okachimachi is famous for the long shopping street “Ameyoko” and you can enjoy many kinds of international and Japanese foods here. Cherry blossom in Ueno Park is one of the chosen famous spots.

Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area! Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

This property is very close to the station, only 5 min walk on flat road. Also, there is a supermarket, 100 yen shop, convenience store, fitness club, book store, and other stores between the property and the station. There is a huge park in front of the property so you can relax there on holidays♪

Kinshicho station is very convenient because there are a big shopping mall, uncountable restaurants and stores around the station. There are two electric auto-locked doors to enter the house so the security is much secured! If you take a train at Kinshicho station in JR Soubu Line, you can go to Akihabara and Shinjuku station directly!

You don’t need depost, key money, guarantor, or other fees that people usually must pay to move in. With easy access to Tokyo area, the rent is reasonable. Matsudo station is also within walking distance.

This open-minded sharehouse was created from zero!  Kitchen and living room are in the same space. And once you enter the house, you’ll see the living room where international residents interact with each other almost every day. Because most residents are friendly, we recommend this sharehouse to a beginner to live in a sharehouse. There is a convenience store right next to the house (It’s 0 min!!). Kita-Matsudo station itself is not that big but you will find many ramen shops, convenience stores, supermarkets, and drug stores.
