Hello!

Hot! This is only one word I can say now…

My sweat drops like a waterfall. I need 2 hand towels.

The day before yesterday, the hails fell in Tokyo. One of our staffs were in Ikebukuro accidentally and he took a picture of it.

IMG_4848

H, Huge…He said the sound of fall was too noisy, and the siren of the ambulance and fire engine were ringing right away.

I checked the short movie on the internet and that was scary with the strong wind. Looks like the office in Yokohama was no problem.

Ok, let’s get down to the main topic of this blog.

We will have BBQ Party @ Firsthouse Fujigaoka with background!

Hello!

How are you doing? It’s been 3 month since the new season has started in Japan.

“I would think about moving out before paying for renewing the lease”

“Or I would think about moving out with no reason…”

Is anybody thinking about this??

“But it is not a reality that I need to pay much money to move and start a new life. I have to ask moving company, buy new furniture, etc…”

This opinion is majority.

Deposit, key money, commission fee…you need to pay 3 or 4 times as monthly rent to rent a room.

For example, if you live in studio type of apartment in Sangenjyaya (in Tokyo) where many famous people live in, the average monthly rent is 85,000 yen (about 800 US dollars)(According to a website from real estate agency).

If you move in here, total is about 340,000 yen (About 3000 dollars) with deposit, commission fee, key money, rent, and so on)

If you ask a moving company, you have to pay that fee. Also if you leave your home, you have to purchase furniture.

“I want to live in Sangenjyaya, but I don’t want to spend much money.”

But, our sharehouse and studio type of apartment need only “Handling fee” “One month rent” and “Utilities fee” to move in.

Our sharehouse “Ma Maison Sangenjyaya” (Women Only) is 13 min walk from Sangenjyaya station, Tokyu Dennentoshi Line. (3 min to Shibuya station)

You need 30,000 yen (Handling fee), 42,000 yen (Rent), 12,000 yen (Utilities fee)….

Total: 84,000 yen to move in.

This is an initial fee! (The cheapest room in this house)

In addition, there are desk, chair, bed, refrigerator, and air conditioner in a room.

Large space of kitchen has kitchen utensils and tableware.

You can use not only washing machine but also dryer.

Every monthly rent is only 54,000 yen (rent + utilities fee)

This is women only sharehouse so I can’t live in here but it is attracting to be able to live in with this fees.

As the example,

Blue: Rent

Green: Utilities fee

Red: Handling fee

Purple: Cleaning fee

Light blue: Fire insurance and etc

It depends on the grade of property and the size of a room but I want you to see the fees except for rent and utilities fee.

This is genuine initial fee.

For us, it is only 30,000 yen!

We don’t take cleaning fee or fire insurance so we can provide this with relatively cheaper fees.

We have a house manager to one sharehouse called “House Coordinator.

We clean the common space in the house and bring the daily goods, and also clean a room after moving out.

For me, I do everything for my house with responsibility for better conditions.

That’s why, people don’t need to pay much money.

I introduced Sangenjyaya this time as the example but we have some discount campaigns for some houses below;

Firsthouse Ichigao (26 min to Shibuya)

Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+b (14 min to Shibuya)

Ma Maison Oomori (Women Only) (11 min to Shinagawa)

Ma Maison Hakuraku (Women only) (4 min to Yokohama)

Firsthouse Gumyouji (8 min to Yokohama)

Firsthouse Kita-Matsudo (15 min to Kita-Senjyu/ 25 min to Ueno)

If you have any question, feel free to ask us!

Hello, everyone.

It is time for me, Mr. Nagata who is worst at English to introduce his favorite English phrase. This is third time. (That is “Third time’s a charm”)

I would like to quote one phrase from one of my most favorite movies.

It is “Forest Gump

This movie is wonderful for real. I was so touched that I was at a loss for words.

It is just amazing.

In my opinion, the movie describes Forest Gump’s life played by Tom Hanks. And at the same time, the elements of propaganda for US, and of light and dark of US are mentioned as the theme of the movie. So this is very interesting in a broad sense.

So here’s my favorite phrase; “I’m not a smart man, but I know what love is.

This phrase is when Forest Gump proposed marriage to Jenny whom he loves since when they were in childhood, and she refused.

I would like to apply this phrase for Guinness world records as the best phrase ever, haha.

The reason why Jenny refused his proposal marriage is because she loves him in a different way, I guess. This makes me cry.

Unbearable!!

That’s all for now.

My favorite berry : Raspberry

Hello!

As you may know, we manage sharehouses and studio type of apartment in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama Prefecture.

Most of properties are within 30 min from Shibuya, Yokohama, and so on but also we have many houses which is good access to Tokyo area.

Today, I would like to introduce “Firsthouse Kita-Matsudo” which is within 30 min from Kita-Senjyu, Ueno, and Akihabara station.

Where is Kita-Matsudo?

Kita-Matsudo is in Matsudo-city in Chiba prefecture. With Jyouban Line, it is next to Matsudo station and you can go to Kita-Senjyu for 15 min, 25 min to Ueno, 30 min to Akihabara station.

The area around Kita-Matsudo station is in quiet residential area, and there are lots of ramen shops. There are Matsudo Athletic Park near the house, so residents of Firsthouse Kita-Matsudo go there and work out before and after work. How energetic!

Kita-Matsudo station was established in 1952 and the name was “Matsudo Keirinjyo station” which means “Velodrome”.

It is within 30 min to Kita-Senjyu, Ueno, and Akihabara where many business companies are in.

Also, it is 33 min to Ootemachi station from Kita-Matsudo, where it is one of the main business areas in Japan.

If you go to another direction in Jyouban Line, you can go to “Shin-Matsudo” station where “Ryutsu Keizai University” stands, and “Kashiwa” station with a big shopping mall “Lala Port Kashiwa no Ha”. Therefore, many young people make use of the stations in Matsudo city. Although, it is a residential area, it is a good place for study, work, and hanging out.

Which is better “Matsudo” or “Kita-Matsudo”?

As for this, I have to say “Kita-Matsudo” must be better.

One resident of Firsthouse Kita-Matsudo told me that Matsudo station may not be safe much. He grew up in the area near Matsudo and he heard about some troubles happened near Matsudo station.

Matsudo station is stopped by an express train and there are many clothes stores and restaurants but if you live in this area, it must be better to live safely.

There is no clothes store near Kita-Matsudo station but there are supermarkets, 100 yen shop Daiso, and drug stores so you can buy daily products here. In terms of average rent, Kita-Matsudo is cheaper than Matsudo because an express train stops at Matsudo station. After all, it depends on what you put emphasis on. If you want to take a balance, you must choose Kita-Matsudo to live safely and calmly.

○What is “Firsthouse Kita-Matsudo” after all?

This shahouse has opened in 2013 from zero. It is real zero. The building before sharehouse was an office of a company. We broke it down and re-build the sharehouse!

We designed the wall paper, floors, and so on to have residents enjoyed and hung out in the house.

In the living room, we prepared the dining table to have them eaten together, two types of sofa to have them enjoy watching sports and TV.

And we have Inductor Heater in the kitchen. Residents enjoy living with eating together, and playing cards together.

There are many types of rooms with different rent, size, and structures, so you can choose a room you like.

All rooms have bed, refrigerator, air conditioner, and some shelf. Of course, you can add furniture if you bring.

Also, you can arrange the furniture place.

Shower and bathrooms are separated between men and women, so you don’t have to worry about being crowded.

Current residents are mainly 20’s from US, UK, Korea, and so on.

If you are interested in this house, you should check this house.
